Associate Attorney

After passing the California Bar exam, Joseph Daugherty fulfilled his lifelong dream of being a defense lawyer. He previously interned at Tully & Weiss Attorneys at Law in the summer of 2018 while attending Golden Gate University School of Law in San Francisco. He grew up and went to high school at Jesuit High School in Carmichael, a suburb of Sacramento and earned his undergraduate degree from Santa Clara University, with a major in Philosophy and an emphasis in Law and Ethics.

In the Tully & Weiss tradition, Joseph Daugherty has gotten get great results in different counties, including multiple dismissals. Though his primary areas of focus are Sacramento, Yolo, and Placer counties, Joseph goes where Justice demands. In his spare time, he enjoys watching sports, hiking, and spending time with his family, including FIVE children!
